Our work begins as soon as you sign the proposal or estimate cost of the work to be done. We buy the material and begin the repairs or the remodel. Very straight forward whether it’s electrical, plumbing, painting, or any of the many trades we do. A deposit of 10% is required at the time of the signing of the proposal or estimate. After demolition, a 40% payment is required to buy the material. Upon finishing a 40% payment is invoiced with 10% remaining until you are satisfied with the job being complete.
